89 Pessima with brighter lights

I made some changes to the 89 pessima that makes the front and rear lights brighter.

Know bugs
-light on rear lights is not coming from the light
-rear lights too bright
-front lights are a bit yellow

I will fix this in the next update.

IMPORTANT
extract and place where your game is installed/content/vehicles, I will make it possible to add it too the mods folder hold tight.
