Yeah. That was a long title.

This thread will have my answers to two different problems.

Anyway, my Logitech G27 has had lots of problems. When I first got it, about five years ago, it worked for about a day before it stopped working. The pedals and H-shifter both didn't work. The G27 comes with a big block of plastic on the bottom the the steering wheel, which you could take off. (I didn't know that, so I would set it in my lap when it was working. Then whenever I would steer it would...

Don't save game data in Documents directory

Currently, the game is using my documents directory for saving mods, cache, settings, etc. This is quite inconvenient when using OneDrive which synchronizes all documents with the cloud (especially when it comes to file size: My BeamNG.drive directory is > 300MB).

Is there any chance to change this to another directory, e.g. <user>/BeamNG.drive?

Spintires like winch system.

I mainly use Beam as a off road simulator, And some times parts break, Driveshafts, Axleshafts, Or even the Tie rods break and steering goes out. It'd be cool to be able to Winch trucks out of tough spots or tow a broken vic out of the trails.

With a winch system, like spintires the tow points are preset in the files of each truck, But with Beam, You could use the grab nodes ingame as tow points, That'd give the ability to rip cars apart for those who like the Crash sim side of Beam....

Hey! I recently bought BeamNG Drive, and I've played for about four hours enjoying my moments. But the problem is I wasn't enjoying it as much as I could have. As I launch the game, I receive the following warning: "You are using your Intel GPU, please choose another of your devices for improve performance." The first thing which you guys should fix is the bolded letter, from 'improve' to 'improved.' I noticed that there was a typo there and it would make a small difference if you fix...

Hello all!

I plan on making a few custom beds for the Gavril D15...I don't expect to put a ton of time into these but if there are enough rock crawling enthusiasts here I'm sure I could put the extra time in to make proper jbeams for the beds.

Think truggy and prerunner, my basic plans are

Bobbed bed to fit Torsion's chopped frame
Dovetail bed
Dovetail'd and bob'd probably will be too short, but we'll see (maybe)
Dovetail flatbed (go on youtube and look up "Chevy K10 1 Ton Build part 14",...

Welcome to Desert Highway! This is a project inspired by my desire to drive for many miles on a quick, and long map.

Originally started by the user @Miura and it was a depiction of a totally barren salt flat. This map is a rolling work in progress.
