World of Mods vehicles? Can we download?

I've seen a lot of neat amazing vehicles and maps on World of Mods, but I can't seem to make them work. The site appears to be translated from Russian. Files here are not downloaded in .zip format, so If I just place them in the "mods" folder they simply dont show up in the game. I have tried placing the "vehicles" folder for each one in a folder named after the mod and then zipping it. No effect.

Does anyone know how to make the game see mods from this site, or do the Russians simply have...

The old PC-build threads are in ancient time so pardon me starting a new one.

WHATSUPP I'm now settle down and I need a new set for my corner. I dig games like Farcry, call of duty, Battle field 1, crysis, battle ground ... and all can tell I like GTX 1060

https://thegreatsetup.com/builds/ Two sets $600 and $700 here are built with GTX1060, but the difference in chipset that raised my question.

What we got from extra $100 is corei3 to corei5. Would that worth the bucks? One way...

You can post horrible car modifications as well (no massive camber pics though, we've all seen those).

The BMW i3. This thing looks like crap. The window line is just plain odd. And why in the hell is the bonnet black?

Realistic Highway System

So my last map died...due to a stupid thing I did, clearing cache, then not being able to match up terrains, long story for another day. I have decided to work on something that I have been thinking of for a long time, a Realistic Highway System. The features of this map will be:
-Realistic Exit Ramps and such
-Many towns/villages to stop at off of each exit
-Realistic Signs
-ALL CUSTOM OBJECTS :)
-And more to come

I-Series Bumper Problem

Every time the I-Series takes a hit to the middle of the front or rear bumper, part of it disappears. This was also the case before the update as well. (No mods enabled)

Different rear end options for older cars

Pro Touring is something popular these days, and by that I mean take a vintage car car and make it more capable on the curves, instead of just the straight.

After driving all the cars, I realized that an independent rear suspension mod for the older cars (Barstow, Burnside, Moonhawk) would be a great improvement for these cars, if not a 4 link live axle suspension as this alone makes the car much more predictable and inspires further confidence to drive hard.
